6. Star People
Some people believe they have come from somewhere else. They certainly show a number of differences, or slight abnormalities, compared with the "average" human being. But that could of course be accounted for by the laws of chance. As human beings we do display a very wide range of differences, not only in skin colour, but also in stature, physiognomy and so on. However, leaving aside any physical characteristics, these people also find strange non-physical differences from the normal. They tend to have psychic qualities, the ability to see auras, things that most of us are quite unaware of, and sensitivities to electrical phenomena, visions of other beings, other places, and a sense that they have come from some other planet, or system. And these qualities come, not as a result of watching too much television, or ET films, or the like, but from early childhood, before they have had a chance to absorb any knowledge of the prevailing cultures of this world.
What are we to say to this? Shall we just reject it all as absurd? Shall we try desperately to find some natural explanation for it, so that we don't have to cope with things that give us goose bumps? In investigating this subject, I feel utterly unqualified to make any definite comment. I stuck my neck out in regard to UFOs and Crop Circles, because I felt that I had something important to offer. But when it comes to this subject, I feel far less able to make a comment. However, I'll start by looking at a few important Scriptures, and then at a few contributions from others, who have had more opportunity than me to make some useful comments. Please don't reject this out of hand before considering the whole article. As believers, we are bound to confront things that are of this nature, in case there is anything that leads us into a deeper understanding of spiritual dynamics, and which helps us to see what is going on in the invisible world, the world of Angels, and Demons, and the possibility that God requires us to be on guard, and to know how to confront subtle attacks of the enemy, or perhaps to discern more clearly the signs of the times, and the nearness of the Lord's return.
First of all, let's go back to the scene before the Flood of Noah's day. In Genesis 6 we are told about Sons of God cohabiting with earth-women, to produce a race of giants. Now I know that some expositors try their best to make this into an ordinary human situation, saying that the "sons of God are men from the godly line of Seth, and the women are from the ungodly line of Cain. Their offspring are giants of wickedness, and not of stature." This is an interesting comment if for no other reason than it seems as though we have the evidence of those who cannot contemplate any interplay between higher dimensional beings and those of earth. For some reason they are scared.
But the Bible is its own interpreter in this respect, because Genesis 6 tells us that this event occurred, not only before the Flood, but again afterwards, and the subsequent histories of the Children of Israel have many references to literal giants, far more than just Goliath of David's day. Isaiah tells us that these hybrid offspring have no place in the realm of resurrection. Here are the references.
Gen.6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to
multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they
took them wives of all which they chose.
And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always
strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred
and twenty years.
There were giants [Nephilim] in the earth in those days; and also after
that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare
children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
Isaiah 26:14 They
are Rephaim, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise:
therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to
perish.
Verse 19. Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and
sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth
shall cast out the Rephaim. (The A.V. uses the word "dead"
for Rephaim, causing confusion.)
The Rephaim were giants, and sons of the giants, the sons of Rapha. They are hybrid, and not true Adamic stock. Only natural human beings, descended from Adam, can take part in resurrection. This is a fact that few seem to have realised. Perhaps because the A.V. text doesn't give a true translation of the Hebrew, using the word "dead" instead of Rephaim. We must now turn to the N.T. and see some amplification of this reference to fallen angels.
2 Peter 2:4 For God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to Tartaros, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; and spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly.
Jude 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
The angels who sinned, we are told, "kept not their first estate." The Greek original is interesting here. It is "having deserted their own OIKETERION." Now according to the Lexicon, this word only occurs elsewhere in 2 Cor. 5:2, where we read, "For in this [body] we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our HOUSE from heaven." The word house is OIKETERION. Hence, if our new resurrection bodies are described using that word, then the reverse must have taken place with the angels who fell. They must have "put off" their "house in heaven", and taken on human form. But having done so, they apparently retained much of their "higher" knowledge and power, with which they corrupted the earth.
From our present point of view it has been most informative to learn that angels are capable of stripping off their higher dimension, and descending to the earth (descending dimensionally, not literally) and walking and interacting amongst human beings. It happened before the Flood, and the record tells us that it also happened again afterwards, giving rise to the "mighty men of old, men of renown." One wonders just how much of ancient Greek and Roman mythology was based upon the remembrance of such beings, who in their writings became "gods."
We now have to ask ourselves whether such irruptions from the higher world are again taking place. We are reminded yet again that our Lord spoke of the days of Noah being similar to the days just before His return. He only mentioned a few parallels connected with a lack of watchfulness, which was His focus at that time. But suppose there were other parallels? Could it be that we are now witnessing a world where there is a mixture of humans and hybrids? Does the Bible give us any warranty for promoting such thought? I think it does. See this passage in Revelation 12.
Rev.12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth.
Who are these stars? Angels are often spoken of as Stars. These stars are not "fallen" angels, but some of those who were attacked by the Devil (the Dragon) and "cast to the earth." They didn't rebel. They were the casualties of higher dimensional warfare. But now we must read on.
Rev.12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Here is the turning point in the heavenly warfare. Michael
and his angels cast out Satan and his angels to the earth. So we seem to have
this scenario - first of all "one third" of the Lord's angels are
lost to heaven, and have had to live on earth, presumably as ordinary human
beings (but perhaps with a difference?). Then sometime later, the
counter-offensive removes the whole of Satan's company to earth. They will also
appear as human beings. A new type of warfare ensues, and who knows whether the
dire circumstances now prevailing in this world may not be as a result of this
large number of beings with us and amongst us? As it was in Noah's day, when
the "earth was full of violence", so also now we are certainly
finding that to be so.
Rev.12:12 Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath,
because he knows that he has but a short time.

Day of the Watchmen – Return of the Nephilim

Luke 17:26 ~ "And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in
the days of the Son of man."
In a vision, I was standing in a group of people. We were laughing and talking
together. I sensed that the Lord was standing next to me.
"Child," I heard the Lord say to me, "what are you doing
here?"
I was surprised by the Lord's question. "I am visiting with my
friends," I replied.
"This is not what I have called you unto," the Lord said to me.
"Why are you not up in the tower where I have called you to be?"
I saw that the Lord had turned from the group of people, and was pointing
upwards. I looked up to where the Lord was pointing, and saw a very high tower.
"Because it's lonely in the tower," I said to the Lord.
"Return to where I have stationed you," the Lord commanded me.
I slowly began to climb my way back up into the high tower. When I arrived back
into the tower, I saw that the entire tower was open on all sides and that I
was able to look out easily into all directions.
I looked down and saw that the Lord was walking in and out of the crowds of
people spread out below me. At intervals, He would stop and speak quietly to
certain people. These people would then also separate themselves from the
crowds and make their way to where the Lord would point for them to be.
I saw that some of the people were positioned on rooftops. Some were positioned
on walls that ran around the perimeter of the city. Others were in groups of
twos and were walking around the city together. Still others were also up in
high towers such as the one I was in.
I then sensed the Lord's return next to me.
"Why am I here, Lord?" I asked.
"To keep watch," the Lord replied.
So, I watched. For quite some time, I continued to watch. Yet, I saw nothing.
I noticed that the Lord was going from watchman to watchman, speaking to them.
I saw that some of them had fallen asleep on their watch, and that the Lord
appeared quite displeased by this.
"What is happening, Lord?" I asked the Lord. "What are these
spiritual beings?"
"These are the fallen ones," the Lord replied. "This is the
return of the Nephilim."
I had no idea what these words meant, yet was filled with absolute terror at
what the Lord had just said to me.
I then saw more spiritual beings descending from the heavens. Yet, even though
I was afraid when I saw them, it was not with the same terror I had felt upon
seeing those to whom the Lord referred to as the Nephilim.
"Who are these beings, Lord?" I asked.
"These are the Watchers," the Lord replied. "The
Holy Ones."
I watched from my place in the tower as the Nephilim entered into what appeared
to be laboratories. I saw as the Nephilim stood side by side with what appeared
to be doctors and whispered into the ears of the doctors. These doctors were
conducting what appeared to be some type of complex experiments.
Here in the laboratories, I saw as what appeared to be humans were brought forth.
Yet, something about these "humans" disturbed me greatly.
"What is transpiring here, Lord?" I asked the Lord. "Who are
these people that are being brought forth?"
"These are the soul-less ones," the Lord replied.
I felt a chill settle upon me at the Lord's words.
"From the very beginning of time," the Lord said to me, "Satan
has sought to insinuate himself into the bloodline of men. He sought to taint
the bloodline through which Messiah would come. Satan did this to prevent the
salvation of mankind."
"The world was filled with wickedness and the bloodline became corrupt
through the fallen ones," the Lord said to me. "Until
only one just and perfect man was left upon the face of the earth. Only
his bloodline was free from any taint and blemish of the seed of the fallen
ones. It was to be through the bloodline of Noah that My
covenant would continue to be established. And it repented Me
that I had made man, and it was determined to destroy man and the earth to free
it from the taint of the fallen ones."
I then saw as the Nephilim aligned themselves with certain people, and merged
themselves with these people. I saw as they revealed themselves to these people
as angels of light, as spiritual guides.
I then heard as these people began to proclaim and speak of new theories and
discoveries with which to explain the mysteries of the past, as well as
forthcoming discoveries of the future. And their words were greeted and
welcomed and believed upon by many.
"What is the purpose of these things?" I asked the Lord.
"This is a last effort waged by the enemy to destroy man's ability to
receive salvation," the Lord explained to me. "The soul-less ones do
not have the ability to become or to experience salvation; for they have no
soul.
"Tell My children to watch, child," the Lord said unto me. "Tell
them to allow nothing to deceive them."
"Who would believe these words, Lord?" I asked the Lord.
"Very few," the Lord replied. "The words you speak will sound
foolish to many. Yet the warning given to them now will become a seed planted
in their heart. These words will be remembered by them when the need arrives.
Fear not, child, to speak what I command you to speak."

Next I present a recent letter, dated August 6th 2007, from
Jim Bramlett, that fearless soul from the United
States, who is prepared to present much information that others would be scared
to reveal. He had been writing about the fallen angels, the Nephilim
(translated giants in Genesis 6), and obtained a reply from Pastor F.M.Riley

My previous message on "the sons of God and the daughters of men,"
brought an interesting response from Pastor F.M. Riley, who is known for his
in-depth study on numerous Bible topics. Below is his full response on
this fascinating subject.

Dear brother,
I guess I have heard a thousand times over the years about
how "controversial" the passage is in Genesis 6:1-4. Brother
I am personally convinced that the controversy is largely due to the English
translation. When you go to the Hebrew text I don't know how the passage
could be made any plainer. I reproduce the literal meanings of the Hebrew
words just as they are given in the Hebrew text. Decide for yourself what
the passage is saying. And, by the way, I have challenged people over the
years to point out one error in this translation. Not one person has ever
taken up the challenge.
Genesis 6:1-4
1
And it came to pass, when Adam began to multiply
on
the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2 That the Ben-ha-elohim saw the daughters of Adam
that
they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they
chose.
3 And the Lord said, My Spirit shall
not always strive with
Adam, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be
a
hundred and twenty years.
4 There were Nephilim in the earth in
those days; and
also after that, when the Ben-ha-elohim came in unto the
daughters of Adam, and they bare children to them, the
same became mighty enosh which were
of old, enosh of
renown.
Brother, if you or anyone else can find anywhere in
these verses where I have been unfaithful to the Hebrew text, I would
appreciate it being pointed out to me. Otherwise, the text stands as written.
Now any true believer can see for themselves that there are
no two lines of descent from Adam involved in this text. The theory that "the
righteous descendants of Seth intermarried with the unrighteous descendants of
Cain, and corrupted all of humanity" is
no where taught in this Hebrew text. Such a theory is pure
"hogwash" brought about by shallow Bible study.
What the text does plainly teach is that the "Ben-elohim" [angels...Genesis
6:2; 6:4; Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7] cohabited with the "daughters of
Adam" and produced offspring who were not true humans. These
offspring are called "Nephilim" [fallen ones] in the
inspired Word of God, and they became famous "enosh"
[mortals] of ancient times. The cohabiting of these wicked angels
with wicked women was Satan's attempt to supplant true humanity with people who
were not true humans. If Satan could have pulled it off, then Genesis
3:15 could never have been fulfilled. That is exactly what Satan was
trying to accomplish.
The "Nephilim" were destroyed
in the flood and became the disembodied spirits known from that time forward as
"demons." But after the flood Satan attempted the same thing
all over again, just as is plainly stated in Genesis 6:4, "...in
those days, and also after that,..."
Brother, the Lord Jesus Himself said, "But
as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the
Son of man be," Matthew 24:37. I have a
whole file collected over the past 40 some years of accounts of women claiming
to have had intercourse with spirits, being impregnated by them, and bearing
their children. New Age literature is filled with claims that the world
leaders of the New Age [one world] movement are not true humans, but were
fathered by "spirit guides." Sic!
Brother, the Word of God is being literally fulfilled just
as it was given in the original Hebrew and Greek texts whether some people like
it or not. When you carefully study Genesis 6:1-4 there
is no room for controversy whatsoever. The controversy is with men who
don't want to accept the plain statements of God's Word. The Word itself
is quite clear.

May I now leave this exposition with you? Compare what I wrote with the vision Hollie Moody had, and the details from Pastor Riley about "Star people", the study he has made over 40 years. When did all this start? Could we date it from about 1947, when the first UFO sighting was made by Pilot Kenneth Arnold, when he saw a chain of nine objects flying near Mount Rainier, Washington. He described them as crescents, or flying wings, but also like saucers, hence in popular jargon, they became known as "flying saucers", and the name stuck. That same year saw the United Nations plan for Israel voted in by 33 nations in November, which became a reality the following May. I don't know whether these items are significant, but mention them all the same.
I would very much like to have some feedback on this one. Maybe someone has something to add that might help us reach conclusions.
